Civil aircraft with active ADS-B transponder: who is identified, at what altitude and near which aerodrome. Identified aircraft are excluded from alerts — the system does not raise a fuss over a scheduled flight.

Polling open receivers…
Source — open ADS-B receivers: the aircraft broadcasts this data voluntarily; the system has no access to air traffic management. Open-network coverage over Russia is uneven: aircraft are visible over major cities, while sparsely populated areas have almost no receivers, so an empty row for an area means no receiver, not an empty sky. Altitude is barometric, converted to meters; speed is ground speed. Polling runs every ten seconds.
